Issuance and Closing Dates
- Leadership is published 4 times per year in February, April, August, and October.
- Leaders of Learners is published 6 times per year in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
- Closing date for copy: 26th of the month prior to insertion.

- Trim Size: 8.5 x 11
- Recommend 133 line screen for black & white
- Ads should be supplied on MAC compatible 100-MB zip, floppy disk, or CD-ROM,
- Film density: 3.9%
Production Charges
Charges for artwork, typesetting alterations, additions, or other preparations necessary for printing will be billed back to the advertiser as production charges at a rate of $75.00 per hour. 15% commission to agencies will not be paid by Texas ASCD.Copy and Contract Regulations
All advertising is subject to approval by Texas ASCD, which reserves the right to reject any advertising it feels is not in keeping with the goals and objectives of Texas ASCD.
Advertisers and advertising agencies assume the responsibility for all content and for any claims arising from publication of advertising.
Advertising which simulates editorial content will be labeled "advertisement" and/or boxed, at the discretion of the editor.
Political, alcohol, tobacco, and other related types of advertising will not be accepted.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days before closing date for camera-ready copy and must be in writing signed by the authorized representative of the advertiser.
